New pads on the calipers

One of my (6) MMC's has suffered.

Engine Mount finished and looking good

New Bushes

Bolts cleaned up using a wire brush

Special treatment for the threads for the engine

Ended up taking the handbrake off

Rear Brake Lines

Scary Job this, the old lines were shot so new ones in. All seems ok however I am awaiting some clips to hold them to the to the chassis.

Tank Out

Time to get the tank out and clean it up. Big job and some interesting colour to the old fuel!!


Was pretty rusty but the inside not to bad surprisingly so it is getting the full Porus Treatment

 Resting on my Kirsty's new Planter - which I also built.

Shear Panel

Panel has now been cleaned and I have replaced the fittings for the P-Clips that hold the throttle and gear cable linkages. P clips are incoming from ebay.

 Will be making a new one copying Noisymini's method.

Cleaned up the A Pillers

 Which used all my available tools!!

Slowly but surely it is looking less like a barn find.

Cleaned out the Aperture of the engine Mount which was looking very grubby
